Who am I

Working in People Ops for start up organizations since 2014, I’ve seen, heard, and experienced a lot. And each company I work for, I find myself becoming more enriched with the complexities managing human capital. I’ve worked at start-ups and in 2016 I founded a non-profit that has supported thousands of families.

My professional and personal experiences are eclectic and diverse, and I love getting. my hands dirty when it comes to People Ops problem solving. I enjoy meeting my clients at the intersection of strategy and tactical solutions. In other words, I come in and help pinpoint your problems and work with you to get them taken care of so you can focus on what you do best: growing your business.

What size and type of businesses do you service?

I’ve worked with companies ranging from 1 employee to 250 employees, as well as companies still in their incubation period. I’ve also started and ran my own nonprofit. Because of this, start-ups and nonprofits of less than 50 employees will find my services the most impactful.

Why “EnRoutrospect?”

Mixing “En Route” and “Retrospect” together, "EnRoutrospect" reflects my approach of strategically guiding businesses on their journey to success while leveraging past experiences and insights to refine their HR strategies. It’s a balanced blend of proactive planning and reflective analysis, which is key to the services I offer in helping organizations optimize their people operations.

Totally! I offer free consultation calls to discuss your needs. In the event your needs fall out of my scope, I’ll likely be able to direct you to someone who can help you.

What industries do you service?

Most of them. Before I ended up in tech, I managed an ice cream shop where I was responsible for all Operations, from hiring, to onboarding and training, to employee experience. I’ve founded a nonprofit and have worked in heavy machinery/construction. I love learning about new industries and the hurdles they experience on a People level.

How are you different than other consultants?

Every practitioner has had their own lived experiences that inform how they approach people ops. I’ve only worked in environments where we had to bootstrap solutions and act as Jack of All Trades. I’ve started a nonprofit and first hand know about the blood, sweat, and tears (so many tears…) that goes into building a business from scratch. My clients get to benefit from my lived experiences, which are incredibly unique.
